• If you are a registered customer in the MyAcea Energia reserved area, use the same email and password to access the application.
• If you are not yet registered in the MyAcea Energia reserved area, you can do so directly from the MyAcea Energia app or from the website https://my.acea.it/energia/registrazione.

Please remember that to use all the features available on the app, you must first link your electricity and/or gas supplies to your profile.

MAIN FEATURES OF THE APP:
• Web bill: receive your bill directly to your email inbox for free on the day it is issued, eliminating the paper copy and making an eco-friendly choice
• Direct debit service: activate or change the debiting of your bills directly to your current account for free
• Consumption and readings: view your consumption trends and consult your meter reading history
• Invoices and payments: always keep track of your bills, know their status and be able to pay those due by credit card
• Request new operations and monitor progress: for example, you can change the power or voltage, proceed with payment of the estimate or the related invoice and follow the progress until the task is completed.
• Lumi Chatbot: for any questions or needs you can ask Lumi, our digital assistant available 24/7, for immediate answers to frequently asked questions about your electricity and gas supplies, bills and Acea Energia services.
